New photovoltaic tariffs effective July 1, 2025 and integrated into Revolt Pro

27/6/25

As is the case every quarter, the feed-in tariffs for solar electricity and investment incentives have been revised. Officially published for the period from July 1 to September 30, 2025, these new tariffs apply to photovoltaic installations of less than 500 kWp.

Here is a summary of the main changes you need to know about if you are a professional in the sector or have a solar project:

Vente en totalité pour les installations <100 kWc

Feed-in tariffs fall slightly:

  • 9 to 36 kWp: from 12.95 to 12.43 c€/kWh (-4.0%)
  • 36 to 100 kWp: from 11.26 to 10.81 c€/kWh (-4.0%)

Prime à l’investissement – Vente en surplus <100 kWc

The premium has also been reduced for installations above 9 kWp:

  • 9 to 36 kWp: from €0 .19 to €0.18/Wp (-5.3%)
  • 36 to 100 kWp: from €0 .10 to €0.09/Wp (-10%)
  • ≤9 kWp: stable at €0.08/Wp

Tarif de rachat du surplus – Vente en surplus <100 kWc

Surplus tariffs remain stable for the smallest installations, but decrease slightly above 9 kWp:

  • 0 to 9 kWp: stable at 4.00 c€/kWh
  • 9 to 100 kWp: from 7.61 to 7.31 c€/kWh (-3.9%)

Full sale for systems between 100 and 500 kWp

  • Base rate: from 9.50 to 8.86 c€/kWh (-6.7%)

📌 Things to remember

The overall trend continues to be a moderate decline in feed-in tariffs and investment incentives, a direct consequence of sector regulation and market dynamics. If you're a developer, installer or project owner, these changes can have an impact on profitability and the trade-offs to be made in choosing the model (self-consumption, sale in full or surplus).

💡 Good news: in the platform Revolt.ecoplatform, these new rates are automatically updated and applied. You can consult them and modify them if necessary directly in the parameters of your offers and studies. No need to update them manually!
